We offer several Cancellation policies which you choose when booking with us. Moreover, recently we introduced Postponement option that our guests could plan their holidays with peace of mind. Please, check your reservation, which policy applies to your booking.
Different Cancellations policies might apply if you booked through a travel agent or third party. Please contact your travel agent or third party directly if you’d like to make any modifications to your booking.
Super Flexible rate – booking can be amended or cancelled free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. One night payment is taken 24 hours before arrival. This payment is not refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. We charge the rest amount during check-in, and the booking becomes non-refundable if you leave earlier.
Flexible rate – booking can be amended or cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. One night payment is taken seven days before arrival. It is not refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. The booking becomes non-refundable in case of early departure.
